At TestingLabDelhi.com, we aim to make your health checkup experience hassle-free. Since we’re a referral platform (not a lab), this policy explains how refunds work when booking tests or scans through our partnered labs.


1. When Can You Request a Refund?

You’re eligible for a refund in these cases:
✅ Test/Scan Cancelled by the Lab:

  • If the lab cancels your booking (e.g., equipment issue), you’ll get a full refund.
    ✅ Home Collection Not Done:

  • If our phlebotomist doesn’t arrive within 2 hours of your slot, you can cancel for a full refund.
    ✅ Double Payment:

  • Accidentally paid twice? We’ll refund the extra amount in 3 days.


2. When Refunds Aren’t Possible

❌ You Changed Your Mind:

  • Cancelled less than 24 hours before your slot? Labs may deduct a small fee (₹100-200).
    ❌ Sample Rejected by the Lab:

  • If you didn’t follow instructions (e.g., ate before a fasting test), the lab may charge for a retest.
    ❌ Report Delays:

  • Labs take 24-48 hours for reports. Delays due to technical issues? We’ll push them, but no refunds.


3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email Us: Send details (booking ID, issue) to bhanunigam24@gmail.com within 48 hours.

  2. We Contact the Lab: We’ll follow up with the lab and update you in 1-2 working days.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Labs typically refund in 5-7 days via your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.).
